Welcome to Travelers Aid Society of San Diego, a 501(c)(3) corporation. We have been serving residents and visitors to San Diego for over a century.
Our Mission:
The mission of Travelers Aid is to assist individuals and families who, in times of crisis or transition, are disconnected from their support systems. Travelers Aid provides access to critical services for those who have no other means to reach those services.
Mission Accomplished:
Here in San Diego, Travelers Aid fulfills its mission statement through both Social Services, whereby individuals and families receive complete case management tailored to their specific needs, and through Visitor Services whereby business and leisure travelers are assisted with information about San Diego, its resources, accommodations, and attractions, as well as help with locating friends and relatives. Special needs travelers, such as the very young, the elderly, the disabled, runaways, and foreign visitors are assisted to make their experiences more comfortable.
